Pracovn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti v\u00edcepolohov\u00e9 progresivn\u00ed raznice a dal\u0161\u00ed lisovac\u00ed procesy jsou na mnoha m\u00edstech stejn\u00e9 a metoda n\u00e1vrhu je stejn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-punch-design-for-multi-station-progressive-die\">Design d\u011brova\u010de pro progresivn\u00ed matrici s v\u00edce stanicemi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obecn\u00fd kr\u00e1tk\u00fd d\u011br lze vybrat podle normy nebo podle konven\u010dn\u00edho proveden\u00ed. Ve v\u00edcepolohov\u00e9 progresivn\u00ed matrici je mnoho d\u011brovac\u00edch d\u011br, d\u011brova\u010d\u016f s \u00fazk\u00fdmi dlouh\u00fdmi dr\u00e1\u017ekami, pr\u016frazn\u00fdch d\u011brovac\u00edch d\u011brova\u010d\u016f. Tyto razn\u00edky by m\u011bly b\u00fdt zalo\u017eeny na specifick\u00fdch po\u017eadavc\u00edch na d\u011brov\u00e1n\u00ed, tlou\u0161\u0165ce materi\u00e1lu, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 b\u00fdt d\u011brov\u00e1n, rychlosti d\u011brov\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u016fli d\u011brov\u00e1n\u00ed a metod\u00e1ch zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed razn\u00edku a dal\u0161\u00edch faktorech, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba vz\u00edt v \u00favahu ke struktu\u0159e razn\u00edku a zp\u016fsobu upevn\u011bn\u00ed razn\u00edku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro d\u011brov\u00e1n\u00ed mal\u00e9ho razn\u00edku obvykle zv\u011bt\u0161ete pr\u016fm\u011br pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, zkra\u0165te d\u00e9lku ost\u0159\u00ed, abyste zajistili pevnost a tuhost mal\u00e9ho razn\u00edku. Kdy\u017e je rozd\u00edl pr\u016fm\u011br\u016f mezi pracovn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed a pevnou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00fd, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt navr\u017eena v\u00edcestup\u0148ov\u00e1 struktura. P\u0159echodov\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st ka\u017ed\u00e9ho stupn\u011b mus\u00ed b\u00fdt napojena hladce kruhov\u00fdm obloukem a stopy no\u017e\u016f nejsou povoleny. Ve struktu\u0159e ochrann\u00e9ho pouzdra lze pou\u017e\u00edt zejm\u00e9na mal\u00e9 razn\u00edky. Asi \u04440,2 mal\u00e9ho razn\u00edku, horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st ochrann\u00e9ho pouzdra je asi 3,0-4,0 mm. Vyn\u00e1\u0161ec\u00ed deska by m\u011bla b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 pova\u017eov\u00e1na za vodic\u00ed a ochrannou roli na razn\u00edku, aby se eliminoval \u00fa\u010dinek bo\u010dn\u00edho tlaku na razn\u00edk a ovlivnila jeho pevnost. Pokud nebude odpad v\u010das odstran\u011bn, dojde k po\u0161kozen\u00ed matrice. P\u0159i n\u00e1vrhu je t\u0159eba vz\u00edt v \u00favahu opat\u0159en\u00ed, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo vyt\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed odpadn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu do razn\u00edku. Proto by se m\u011bl pou\u017e\u00edt razn\u00edk nad \u04440,2, aby se odstranil odpadn\u00ed razn\u00edk. Obr. 1-2 zn\u00e1zor\u0148uje strukturu razn\u00edku s vyhazovac\u00edmi kol\u00edky, pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed elastick\u00e9 vyhazovac\u00ed kol\u00edky k odstran\u011bn\u00ed odpadu z \u010deln\u00edho \u010dela razn\u00edku. Tak\u017ee v\u00fd\u0161ka d\u011brovac\u00edho d\u011brova\u010de a tv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00edho d\u011brova\u010de nen\u00ed stejn\u00e1, aby se dos\u00e1hlo spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu d\u011brovac\u00edho razn\u00edku a v\u00fd\u0161ky tv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00edho razn\u00edku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-concave-die-design-for-multi-station-progressive-die\">Konstrukce konk\u00e1vn\u00edho razidla pro v\u00edcepolohov\u00e9 progresivn\u00ed razidlo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konstrukce a v\u00fdroba v\u00edcepolohov\u00e9 progresivn\u00ed matrice jsou slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e raznice. Struktura konk\u00e1vn\u00edch matric b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch typ\u016f jsou integr\u00e1ln\u00ed, blokov\u00e9 a blokov\u00e9. Integr\u00e1ln\u00ed konk\u00e1vn\u00ed z\u00e1pustka nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e1 pro v\u00edcepolohovou progresivn\u00ed z\u00e1pustku z d\u016fvodu omezen\u00ed p\u0159esnosti a zp\u016fsobu v\u00fdroby z\u00e1pustky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-block-type-concave-die\">Typ bloku Konk\u00e1vn\u00ed matrice<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kombinovan\u00e1 forma blokov\u00e9 matrice je rozd\u011blena do dvou struktur kv\u016fli r\u016fzn\u00fdm pou\u017eit\u00fdm metod\u00e1m zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. Konk\u00e1vn\u00ed z\u00e1pustka je sestavena blokem obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdtla\u010dk\u016f a struktura konk\u00e1vn\u00ed z\u00e1pustky je v\u011bt\u0161inou kombinov\u00e1na paraleln\u011b. Pokud je obrys konk\u00e1vn\u00edho modelov\u00e9ho otvoru segmentov\u00e1n pro tv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed brou\u0161en\u00ed a pot\u00e9 jsou brou\u0161en\u00e9 bloky sestaveny na po\u017eadovan\u00e9 podlo\u017eky a pot\u00e9 vlo\u017eeny do r\u00e1mu konk\u00e1vn\u00ed matrice a upevn\u011bny \u0161rouby, struktura je sestavou pro tv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed brou\u0161en\u00ed kombinovanou konk\u00e1vn\u00ed matric\u00ed. Jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr. 1-4, tato \u010d\u00e1st p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 strukturu konk\u00e1vn\u00ed matrice brusn\u00e9 sestavy.
