Uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed procesu oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed pro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alibaba.com\/product-detail\/China-manufacture-top-quality-pneumatic-sheet_62470341840.html?spm=a2747.manage.0.0.29bc71d2XpZhFY&amp;bypass=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u011brovac\u00ed lis<\/a> je rozumn\u00e9, m\u016f\u017ee zkr\u00e1tit \u010dasy oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed, zjednodu\u0161it strukturu formy, zlep\u0161it kvalitu obrobku a produktivitu pr\u00e1ce; Pokud je uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed nevhodn\u00e9, povede to ke \u0161patn\u00e9 kvalit\u011b obrobku a zmetkovitosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-principle-of-working-arrangement-of-bending-parts\"><strong>Princip pracovn\u00edho uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed oh\u00fdban\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Oh\u00fdban\u00e9 d\u00edly s jednoduch\u00fdm tvarem, jako jsou d\u00edly ve tvaru V, U a Z, mohou b\u00fdt vytvo\u0159eny jednou. Tvarov\u011b slo\u017eit\u00e9 oh\u00fdban\u00e9 d\u00edly je obvykle pot\u0159eba tvarovat dvakr\u00e1t nebo v\u00edcekr\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. U velk\u00fdch s\u00e9ri\u00ed a mal\u00fdch rozm\u011br\u016f oh\u00fdban\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f, aby pracovn\u00edci byli snadno ovladateln\u00ed, bezpe\u010dn\u00ed, aby se zajistila p\u0159esnost oh\u00fdban\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f a zlep\u0161ila se produktivita, by se m\u011bly pou\u017e\u00edvat pokud mo\u017eno progresivn\u00ed matrice nebo kompozitn\u00ed matrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Je-li po\u017eadov\u00e1no v\u00edcen\u00e1sobn\u00e9 oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed, po\u0159ad\u00ed oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed je obecn\u011b nejprve oh\u00fdbat dva konce a pot\u00e9 st\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st. P\u0159i p\u0159edchoz\u00edm oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed je t\u0159eba vz\u00edt v \u00favahu, \u017ee posledn\u011b uveden\u00e9 oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 spolehliv\u00e9 polohov\u00e1n\u00ed a toto oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed nem\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit p\u0159edchoz\u00ed tvar ohybu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Aby se zabr\u00e1nilo odchylce sochoru v procesu oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u010c\u00e1st sochoru p\u0159ed oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00edm by m\u011bla b\u00fdt ve stavu elastick\u00e9ho stla\u010den\u00ed a pot\u00e9 oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pokud je to mo\u017en\u00e9, pou\u017eijte obrobek polohov\u00e1n\u00ed otvoru.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-to-prevent-the-deformation-of-the-workpiece-in-the-bending-process\">3. Chcete-li zabr\u00e1nit <a href=\"https:\/\/harslepress.com\/cs\/how-to-control-three-deformations-of-metal-bending-during-punching-process\/\">deformace<\/a> obrobku v procesu oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Konstrukce struktury formy by m\u011bla zabr\u00e1nit zjevn\u00e9mu zten\u010den\u00ed a po\u0161kr\u00e1b\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu. Z\u00e1le\u017eitosti vy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00ed pozornost.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159i navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed konstrukce oh\u00fdbac\u00edho n\u00e1stroje je t\u0159eba v\u011bnovat pozornost n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm bod\u016fm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Polotovar mus\u00ed b\u00fdt um\u00edst\u011bn na formu, aby bylo zaji\u0161t\u011bno spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 a spolehliv\u00e9 um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jsou-li v obrobku otvory a umo\u017e\u0148ujete jejich pou\u017eit\u00ed jako polohovac\u00ed otvory, m\u011blo by se co nejv\u00edce vyu\u017e\u00edvat um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed otvor\u016f v obrobku. Oh\u00fdbac\u00ed matrice ve tvaru V<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obr. 1-6 (a) ukazuje jednoduch\u00fd oh\u00fdbac\u00ed n\u00e1stroj ve tvaru V, kter\u00fd se vyzna\u010duje jednoduchou konstrukc\u00ed a dobrou univerz\u00e1lnost\u00ed. Sochor se v\u0161ak p\u0159i oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed snadno odch\u00fdl\u00ed, co\u017e ovliv\u0148uje p\u0159esnost obrobku. Na obr. 1-6 (b) ~ (d) je p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u011b struktura formy s polohovac\u00edm hrotem, vyhazovac\u00ed ty\u010d\u00ed a st\u0159echou ve tvaru V, kter\u00e9 mohou zabr\u00e1nit klouz\u00e1n\u00ed polotovaru a zlep\u0161it p\u0159esnost obrobku. Proto se obecn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 obecn\u00fd oh\u00fdbac\u00ed n\u00e1stroj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obecn\u00e1 oh\u00fdbac\u00ed matrice ve tvaru V je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bna na obr. 1-18. Z\u00e1pustka se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze dvou kus\u016f, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i pracovn\u00ed plochy pro oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed pod r\u016fzn\u00fdmi \u00fahly.
